The 27C16 16KBit CMOS EPROM is a 16K-bit (2048×8) ultraviolet erasable programmable read-only memory device intended for use as program or data storage in vintage and embedded systems. It offers TTL-level inputs/outputs, separate output enable and chip enable control, and requires a single +5V power rail for read operations with a higher programming voltage (VPP) for programming cycles.
