A3144E TO-92S Hall Switch Sensor
The 3144 is a high-sensitivity Hall effect switch. Ideal for a variety of applications, this sensor integrates a power reverse protection circuit, internal voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, differential amplifier, Schmitt trigger, and an open collector output stage. It converts magnetic induction intensity into a digital voltage signal, making it perfect for use with rectangular or cylindrical magnets. Available in a TO-92S package, it operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and supports supply voltages from 2.5V to 24V with a load current capacity of up to 50mA. Its halogen-free design ensures environmental friendliness and reliability.
