74154 4-to-16 Line Decoder/Demultiplexer PDIP-24 Wide

The SN74154 is a monolithic 4-line-to-16-line decoder that utilizes TTL circuitry to decode four binary-coded inputs into one of sixteen mutually exclusive outputs. The device operates when both strobe inputs (G1 and G2) are low. It is ideally suited for implementing high-performance memory decoders and is fully compatible with most other TTL circuits. This component can also perform demultiplexing by using the four input lines to address a specific output line while passing data from one of the strobe inputs.

✅Features
  • Decodes 4 Binary-Coded Inputs into One of 16 Mutually Exclusive Outputs
