The AMRO B1 Fire-Retardant PU Foam 750ml is a self-extinguishing Class B1 polyurethane foam, designed for fire-resistant sealing and insulation in critical applications. This moisture-cured, aerosol-dispensed foam draws humidity from the air for curing, offering an economical, convenient, and effective method for installing Fire Code compliant structures. AMRO B1 Fire-Retardant PU Foam seals concealed penetrations, preventing the spread of fire by creating a fire block from floor to floor or room to room. It forms an airtight, water-resistant bond with joints, wood, drywall, metal, masonry, glass, and most plastics, making it ideal for electronics enclosures, fire-rated construction, and DIY projects. Free of CFC gases, this foam ensures environmentally friendly application.

- Good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces such as UPVC, masonry, brick, block work, glass, steel, Aluminum, timber and others (except PP, PE and Teflon).
- Very good filling capacities.
- Application temperature is between +5°C to +35°C.
- Optimal application temperature is between +18°C to +25°C.
- CFC-free application environmentally friendly.

Applications:
- Fire resistance sealing or fire resistant seams where fire resistance required. Fire resistant up to 60 minutes in a gap wide.
- Installing, fixing and insulating of door and window frames.
- Connecting of insulation materials, openings and cavities.
- Insulating electrical outlets and roof construction.
- Heat preservation, cold and sound insulation.
- Packing purpose, wrap the precious and fragile commodity, shake proof and fragile commodity.
Usage Instructions:
- Shake the aerosol can for at least 40 seconds.
- Clean and moisturize the surface before use.
- Fit the plastic applicator on the adaptor.
- Bottom-up and press the adaptor to fill the gap.
- Foam will be tack-free in about 10 mins.
- Extra foam could be trimmed in about 20 mins.
