AT24C256 DIP‑8 EEPROM IC
The AT24C256 DIP‑8 EEPROM IC provides 262,144 bits of two‑wire serial electrically erasable and programmable memory organized as 32,768 × 8 bits. Operating from 1.8 V to 5.5 V, it supports up to four devices on a single bus, offers self‑timed write cycles, and is optimized for low‑power industrial and commercial applications.
