Atmel AVR development Atmega32 kit (Eta32mini)
The Eta32mini is a compact AVR development platform tailored for students, beginners and recent engineering graduates, streamlining the creation and testing of ATmega32-based microcontroller projects. By integrating the core peripherals such as a 2×16 character LCD, a 4×4 matrix keypad, serial interface and a CH340-based USB virtual COM port the board removes the burdensome task of discrete hardware design and allows developers to concentrate purely on firmware.
All microcontroller I/O lines are exposed via convenient pin headers for direct access, and the on-board power section accepts 12–20 V DC, producing a regulated 5 V supply with reverse-polarity and over-current protection. Pre-flashed with a UART bootloader, the Eta32mini supports programming through its custom IDE or, if preferred, the Arduino environment; an ICSP header also permits use of external AVR programmers. Safety and reliability are enhanced by features such as a reset switch, crystal oscillator, multi-turn analog input potentiometer and on-board fuse.
Whether you’re learning to interface displays and keypads, experimenting with relay and buzzer control, or exploring serial communications, the Eta32mini offers a ready-to-use, all-in-one solution that accelerates development cycles and builds a solid foundation in embedded systems.
