The BTW69-1200 is a rugged silicon thyristor (SCR) designed for heavy-duty power switching. Housed in a high-power package (TO-3P) with excellent thermal dissipation, it withstands high repetitive off-state voltages and handles large continuous and surge on-state currents. The device is built for applications where reliable, high-energy switching and strong surge capability are required its clip-assembly construction and ceramic insulation provide high surge robustness and high isolation.
