Electromagnetic Relay,4PDT Details

Tips: Structure of electromagnetic relay

Three core parts of electromagnetic relay are electromagnetic system, contact system, transmission mechanism and restoration mechanism.

  1. Electromagnetic system: it is also known as induction mechanism. The electromagnetic system consists of iron core which is made of soft magnetic material, magnetic circuit which is composed with yoke and armature, as well as the coil. When powering on, the electromagnetic system will be provided with magnetism. It is a core part of the electromagnetic relay.
  2. Contact system: it is also known as actuation mechanism. The contract system is assembled by different types of contact springs or contact chips in an insulated way to decide conducting part of the circuit.
  3. Transmission and restoration mechanism: they are also known as intermediate comparison mechanisms. The transmission mechanism is designed to transmit movement of armature to contact spring when the coil is powered on. Contact spring is moved by the contact spring which is connected to the armature or moved by the armature.
Coil Voltage:

12V DC, 24V DC, 48V DC, 110V DC, 24V AC, 110V AC, 220V AC
