Kyoritsu KEW 2031 Clamp Meter
The Kyoritsu KEW SNAP 2031 is a pocket-sized AC clamp meter engineered for rapid, non-invasive current measurements. Its tear-drop–shaped jaws open via a convenient trigger, allowing technicians to encircle single conductors up to 24 mm in diameter even in crowded panels without disconnecting wiring. Powered by two LR-44 button cells, the instrument delivers clear readings on a 3½-digit LCD and automatically powers off after ten minutes of inactivity to preserve battery life.
With a dual-integration measurement system, it maintains accuracy across its two ranges (20 A and 200 A AC) and signals overrange or low-battery conditions via on-screen indicators. The simple rotary switch selects the desired range, while a dedicated Data Hold button freezes the display for recording in dim or hard-to-reach locations.
