KYORITSU KEW 6315 Power Quality Analyzer
The KEW 6315 is a compact, clamp-type power quality analyzer engineered for on-site electrical network assessment. Housed in a robust, double-insulated enclosure, it supports measurement categories up to CAT IV 300 V/CAT III 600 V/CAT II 1000 V, ensuring safe operation on primary distribution circuits. Its lightweight design and optional magnetized carrying case (MODEL 9132) allow users to mount the unit directly to metal panels for hands-free operation.
Equipped with four current channels and three voltage channels, the KEW 6315 simultaneously captures instantaneous, integrated, and demand values alongside comprehensive power-quality parameters (harmonics up to the 50th order, swells, dips, interruptions, transients, inrush currents, and flicker). True-RMS waveform and vector displays facilitate real-time visualization of system balance and phase relationships, while custom zoom and wiring-check functions guide reliable sensor connection.
Data are logged either to the 4 MB internal memory or to a removable SD card (up to 2 GB), with recording intervals from 1 s to 30 min and possible continuous capture spanning days or years depending on parameters. Screenshots can be saved directly as BMP files. Logged data and device settings are transferred via USB 2.0 or in real time via Bluetooth 5.0 to the “KEW Windows for KEW6315” PC software or Android™ devices.
