L7924CT Negative Voltage Regulator 24V 1.5A TO-3
The L7924CT is a fixed −24 V three-terminal negative linear regulator in a TO-3 power package, designed to provide local on-card regulation for split supplies and high-voltage rails. It integrates thermal overload protection, short-circuit protection and output transition SOA protection to ensure reliable operation under thermal and inductive stress, and will deliver up to 1.5A with adequate heatsinking for demanding applications.
