LifePO4 Phosphate Lithium Cylinder Battery Connectors
This LifePO₄ Phosphate Lithium Cylinder Battery Connector Plate is a pure aluminum (Al 1060/1050) bus-bar plate engineered for series-connecting cylindrical 3.2 V LiFePO₄ cells. Fabricated from a 2 mm-thick aluminum strip, it includes two Ø 10 mm mounting holes spaced along the 54 mm length, with end-rounded contours at approximately R = 5–10 mm for stress relief and safety.

- Constructed from 100% aluminum alloy, combining excellent conductivity with lightweight corrosion resistance.
- Handles continuous currents up to approximately 40 A (≈0.5 C at 20 Ah). Based on aluminum’s current density (~0.75 A/mm²), a 20×2 mm cross-section supports around 30 A, with our design margin enabling up to 40 A safely.
- Dimensions: 54 mm total length; 20 mm width; 2 mm thickness; Ø 10 mm mounting holes.
- Ideal for spot welding, rivet mounting, or precision stacking between LiFePO₄ cells.
- Minimal thickness ensures compact alignment in battery modules with reduced spacing and good thermal dissipation.
