LM1279AN 80mA Triple 110MHz PDIP-20 Video Amplifiers
The LM1279AN 80 mA Triple 110 MHz PDIP-20 Video Amplifiers is a highly integrated video preamplifier designed for demanding analog video applications where wide bandwidth and on-screen display (OSD) capability are needed. Packaged in a 20-pin through-hole PDIP, this device contains three independent wideband video amplifier channels, each capable of driving up to 28 mA of output current with a −3 dB bandwidth of 110 MHz, facilitating high-fidelity signal conditioning in RGB video systems.
Features
- Three wideband video amplifiers 110 MHz @ −3dB (4VPP output)
- OSD signal to any OSD input pin automatically switches all 3 outputs to the OSD mode
- Fast OSD switching time, typically 5 ns
- 3.5 kV ESD protection
- The fixed cutoff level is typically set to 1.35V
- 0V to 4V, high impedance DC contrast control with over 40 dB range
- 0V to 4V, high impedance DC drive control (0 dB to−12 dB range)
- Matched (±0.3 dB or 3.5%) attenuators for contrast control
- Output stage directly drives CRT drivers
- Ideal combination with the LM2407 CRT driver
