The MC14000U-BCP Motorola Dual 3-In NOR Gate Plus Inverted IC PDIP-14 is a CMOS logic device that integrates two independent 3-input NOR gates and a single inverter in a PDIP-14 package, designed for low power dissipation, high input impedance and wide supply operation from 3.0V to 18V for use in battery and mains-powered digital systems and direct replacement for CD4000UB.
