The M74HC241 is a high-speed CMOS integrated circuit functioning as an octal buffer and line driver with non-inverting three-state outputs. Fabricated using silicon-gate C²MOS technology, it combines the high-speed performance typically associated with LSTTL logic families with the very low power consumption inherent to CMOS circuitry. This device contains eight individual buffers, organized into two groups of four, allowing it to manage and drive multiple data lines simultaneously within a digital system.
