The NMC27C64Q150 is a 64K-bit (8K × 8) UV-erasable EPROM implemented in NMOS technology and supplied in a 28-pin DIP package. Designed as a non-volatile program/data store for legacy and embedded systems, this device provides straightforward maskless reprogramming via ultraviolet exposure and is optimized for systems that require simple, low-cost firmware storage with 150 ns access timing.

Internally organized as 8,192 bytes in an 8-bit-wide memory array, the NMC27C64Q150 offers parallel data access with standard asynchronous bus timing suitable for microprocessors and microcontrollers of the TTL/CMOS era. The part is unglamorously robust: a classic EPROM offering predictable read behaviour, easy in-circuit replacement, and long data retention when properly handled and stored.
