The PC925 Optocoupler DIP‑8 IC is a high‑performance optically isolated gate‑drive device, designed to interface directly with MOSFETs and IGBTs in demanding power‑electronics applications. Its architecture combines an LED input, an integrated optical detector and processing circuit (OPIC™), and a high‑current output stage within a conventional 8‑pin dual‑in‑line (DIP) package.
