PC928 Optocoupler SMD IC
The PC928 Optocoupler SMD IC is a high‑performance, single‑channel optical isolator manufactured in a compact surface‑mount (14‑pin half‑pitch) package. It integrates an infrared emitting diode (IRED) on the input side, optically coupled to a dedicated OPIC (optical integrated circuit) on the output side, and includes a built‑in short‑circuit protection circuit — making it especially suitable for inverter driving of IGBT or MOSFET modules.
Features:
- 14-pin half lead pin pitch package with 1.27mm lead spacing.
- Double transfer mold package ideal for flow soldering.
- Built-in IGBT shortcircuit protector circuit.
- Built-in direct drive circuit for IGBT with peak output current up to 0.4A.
- High isolation voltage of 4.0kVrms.
