Quick 861DW ESD Hot Air Soldering Station
The Quick 861DW ESD is a hot-air rework station crafted for precision electronics work. Built with lead-free soldering in mind, its design emphasises clean, stable heat delivery. The station includes a hot-air gun, digitally controlled by a microprocessor, which supports exacting adjustment of both airflow and temperature. When the handpiece is placed on its stand, a magnetic switch triggers standby or “sleep” mode, helping preserve the heating element and reducing heat when not actively in use.
Its control interface gives the user the ability to select among three preset channels, each storing independent settings of air flow and temperature. These programmable channels help streamline workflows by allowing technicians to switch quickly between jobs with different thermal needs. Moreover, the airflow delivery system uses a brushless vortex fan, offering broad and adjustable wind settings so delicate components can be handled without displacement or thermal stress.
The station’s sensor system includes closed-loop feedback to regulate temperature exactly, resisting variation even when airflow changes. There is also an automatic cooling mode to protect internal components and extend lifespan. Overall, the Quick 861DW ESD brings together strong heating power with thoughtful safety and reliability features, making it well suited for professional rework settings where precision and board safety are essential.
Features:
- Three operating channels (CH1, CH2, CH3), each with independently settable temperature and airflow.
- Password protection and button-lock/key-lock function.
- Magnetic switch in the handle stand that immediately triggers sleep mode when handle is placed.
- Auto-sleep mode allowing parameters to be adjusted even in sleep/standby state.
- Closed-loop sensor for accurate temperature regulation, stable even with airflow changes.
- Brushless vortex fan with steeples/wide-range adjustable airflow.
- Automatic cooling system to prolong heater life and protect the hot air handle.
