The module is equipped with relay SRD-05VDC-SL-C with coil powered with voltage 5 V without optical isolation of input. The system allows you to control actuators with microcontroller ports or with any implementation set. Works with voltage up to 250 V.
Specification
- The supply voltage VCC: 5 V
- It is enabled by the high state: min 3.3 V
- Relay SRD-05VDC-SL-C (documentation)
- Coil voltage: 5 V
- The maximum voltage of contacts: 250 VAC at 10 A / 125 VAC at 10 A
- Maximum current: 10 A
- Tile sizes 34 x 26 mm
- Diameter of mounting holes: 3 mm
* Maximum contact voltage depends on the type of load – details in the documentation.
Description
The module allows to control the actuators consuming the current up to 10 A with microcontroller’s ports or with any implementation set (including Arduino).
For proper operation, it is sufficient to connect the power of the relay and the digital control signal. Leads are the standard strip goldpin with pitch 2.54 mm which enable to connect via connecting cables.
Examples of application
- Driver of lighting
- The driver of actuators
- Switch for electric devices, including motors
Connection
The module has input S, +, –. To work correctly, you must connect the power 5 V to the pin ” + “, a mass “-” and the input signal S.
Outputs are marked as NO – disabled by default, NC – connected with COM by default. Providing high status on pin S switches the relay contacts and makes the connection between the COM and NO, seperating COM and NC.
