Pin Function Description
Pin 1 VCC (+) Requires 3.3V (or 5V for 5V TTL logic targets) to power the board.
Pin 2 RX (MAX3232 ROUT1) TTL output, typically connected to the RX pin of a microcontroller’s UART.
Pin 3 TX (MAX3232 DIN1) TTL input, usually connected to the TX pin of a microcontroller’s UART.
Pin 4 GND Ground pin, connected to the 0V rail of the application hardware.
