The Sanwa DCL1000 is a professional-grade AC clamp meter with integrated digital multimeter functions, engineered for high-capacity current measurements and versatile diagnostic tasks. Its large-diameter clamp sensor (42 mm inner jaw) accommodates conductors up to 1000 A AC without disconnecting wiring, making it ideal for inspecting heavy-duty power circuits, switchgear, and busbars. The instrument employs a Δ–Σ average-sensing method, presenting readings on a 4000-count LCD at up to three samples per second, alongside clear over-range and polarity indicators.

User-friendly controls provide Data Hold, Range Hold, and Relative (zero-offset) functions to capture and compare measurements under dynamic loads.
