SB10150CT Schottky Barrier Rectifier 10A 150V TO-220AB
The C3259 is a robust NPN power transistor designed for demanding power electronics applications. It combines a high collector-emitter voltage rating, substantial collector current capability and fast switching characteristics to support switching power supplies, motor drivers, audio output stages and other high-voltage, high-power circuits. The device is supplied in a TO-220 package with a metal tab (collector) for easy heatsinking and effective thermal management. Its construction provides low saturation voltage and stable performance under high load and temperature, with protective design margins suitable for industrial use.
