ST8 Digital Stepper Motor Driver 20-110VAC/20-160VDC 2.2-8.2A
The ST8 is a high‑performance drive utilizing DSP-based PI current control, designed for two-phase hybrid stepper motors. It accepts 20–110 VAC or 20–160 VDC, delivers 2.2–8.2 A peak output current, and supports step & direction or CW/CCW pulse signals, switch-selectable. With 16-position microstepping (up to 1/100 internal resolution), robust protections against over-voltage, over-current, phase faults, and built-in idle-current halving, the ST8 delivers smooth, low-noise, and low-heat operation across a wide speed range.
Features
- Wide input voltage range: 20–160VDC or 20–110VAC.
