TIC126D SCR Thyristor 400V 12A TO-220
The TIC126D SCR Thyristor 400V 12A TO-220 is a rugged silicon controlled rectifier in a TO-220 three-lead package intended for power control and switching applications, offering 400V repetitive blocking, 12A continuous on-state capability with high surge tolerance, low on-state voltage and defined thermal characteristics for reliable heatsink mounting and thermal management.
