ULN2064B Quad Darlington Switch 16 Pin DIP Package
The ULN2064B is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington array designed to interface low-level logic with a wide variety of peripheral loads. This robust device contains four NPN Darlington switches capable of delivering up to 1.5 A per channel. It is ideal for driving loads such as relays, solenoids, DC and stepper motors, and other high-current devices.
