UNI-T UPO1204 Digital Oscilloscope
The UNI-T UPO1204 is a 4-channel digital phosphor oscilloscope designed for both bench and field use, combining a compact form factor with advanced deep-memory, real-time recording, and playback capabilities. It features UNI-T’s proprietary Ultra Phosphor 2.0 display, rendering up to 256-level grayscale to emphasize subtle waveform details over extended observation periods. With a 200 MHz analog bandwidth and real-time sampling up to 2 GSa/s, the UPO1204 captures fast transient events with fidelity, while its 56 Mpts maximum memory depth supports long acquisitions without compromising resolution.
Hardware-based waveform recording can store up to 120,000 frames in real time, and a fast-acquire mode achieves up to 500,000 wfms/s to catch infrequent anomalies. The instrument’s intuitive user interface, featuring a 7-inch WVGA (800 × 480) TFT LCD, multipurpose knobs, and dedicated trigger controls, simplifies navigation through measurement menus. A built-in digital voltmeter (DVM) module provides asynchronous AC/DC TRMS readings, and a 7-digit frequency counter enables precise frequency analysis.
Protocol triggers and full-memory RS232, I²C, and SPI decoding streamline debugging of embedded systems. Internet connectivity via LAN and a Web server allow remote control and waveform sharing. Together, these capabilities make the UPO1204 a versatile tool for electronics design, diagnostics, and education.
