The UNI-T UT3248+ is the 48-channel member of the UT3200+ series multi-channel temperature testers, designed to acquire and display many thermocouple signals simultaneously on a 4.3-inch true-color LCD. It supports a wide range of thermocouple types (J, K, T, E, S, N, B, R) and presents data as direct numeric readouts, histograms or real-time curves, making it convenient for both spot checks and trend observation.
Engineered for production, laboratory and R&D environments, the UT3248+ accepts the series’ modular 8-channel test modules (six groups for the 48-channel model) and includes features such as automatic open-circuit thermocouple detection, cold-junction compensation, data logging to USB, and over-limit alarms with color and audible indication to flag excursions.
The instrument provides flexible communication (USB HOST, RS-232C, LAN, optional RS-485), supports SCPI and Modbus RTU protocols for remote control and data transfer, and stores test data as CSV files on USB. Its design balances high channel density with straightforward operation and is intended for multi-point temperature monitoring where consolidated, timestamped records are required.
