Flux, RF-800 Soldering Liquid Flux 125mL for Electronics

Flux, RF-800 soldering liquid flux is designed to provide excellent soldering results during the assembly of electronic boards by manual, dip, or wave soldering; improves the soldering process, minimizes defects, ensures strong joints, enhancing quality and performance for through-hole and SMD components.

Features:
  • No-Clean flux.
  • No-residue post soldering, environmentally friendly and safer.
  • Formulated mostly with an organic alcohol, very small percentage of rosin, Free halogen and non-halide activators.
  • It’s ideal for Sn63/Pb37 alloy and solder paste.
  • Compatible with lead-free solder alloy.
  • High quality, soft and shiny soldering.
  • Neutral acidity, non-corrosive and fungus resistant.
  • 125mL is enough for tin soldering a lot of PCBs in a few seconds by using manual, dip or wave soldering.
Usage:
  • Manufacturing of electrical & electronic boards and photoresist PCB.
  • It can be used as a spray during assembling and repairing PCB.
Usage Recommendations (very important):
  1. Follow safety precautions & notes.
  2. Ensure that the surface of PCB and its components are clean and free of any residue or dust.
  3. Apply the flux to the PCB and its components by using the appropriate method.
  4. Soldering Process:
Dip Soldering: Secure the PCB with a holder or crucible plier tong and then immerse it in the molten solder by using an appropriate technique for the soldering machine, this process lasts for a short period (usually 3 to 10 seconds), with a slight movement (optional) to ensure that soldering covers all the points.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Wave Soldering: During this process, the PCB is preheated to activate the flux and protect the PCB from thermal shock, the PCB is then moved in molten   solder waves                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Manual Soldering: Secure the PCB and solder all pins using a soldering iron with wattage appropriate.
  5. Cooling: Leave the circuit board in the air until the solder is solidified.
  6. Cleaning (optional): Remove any residue from the PCB by alcohol or thinner.
Notes:
  • For best results, follow the usage recommendations.
  • Suitable with foam, wave, spray and mist fluxers at assembling PCBs.
  • Compatible with many tin soldering systems.
  • Suitable with PCB/BGA/PGA/PPGA/SMD and all sensitive electronic components.
  • Not suitable with welding by fusion or flame.
Safety Precautions:
  • Close after using & keep away from children.
  • Use enough water when eyes or wounds are touched.
Appearance: The flux is a light yellow liquid, packaged in a transparent plastic bottle, (Net capacity) 125mL.
