AUTOOL AS505 Transmission Fluid Tester

The AUTOOL AS505 Transmission Fluid Tester is designed for automotive transmission fluid (gearbox) inspection. It measures transmission fluid transmittance with a high-precision optical probe and displays the result together with the fluid temperature measured by an integrated temperature sensor, helping you determine the lubrication system’s working condition.

The probe is connected by an 800 mm flexible hose made of PTFE material, highly resistant to oil and oxidation with exceptional corrosion resistance. Results are shown on a 2.8-inch high-definition backlit LCD with an analog bar graph (0–100%), transmittance percentage, temperature reading, and good / warning / suggested-replacement indications. The handheld body is lined with a silicone substrate grip for lightweight, single-handed operation.

How to Use

1. Wipe the test probe clean.
2. Submerge the testing probe into the transmission fluid.
3. Press the [▶] button to start the test.
4. The interface will display the test results.

• Not designed for oils with special/particulate additives; readings may be inaccurate or unsuitable in such cases.
