The SRV05-4 SOT23-6 Unidirectional 5V ESD and Surge Protection (TVS/ESD) SMD 3A 60W 20V 6V is a unidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diode array designed to protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltage spikes. Housed in a compact SOT-23-6 package, it is suitable for safeguarding high-speed data lines and power lines in various applications.
