TIP121 NPN 80V,65W,5A Darlington Power Transistor
The TIP121 is an NPN power transistor in a monolithic Darlington configuration. Manufactured using planar technology with a “base island” layout, it provides exceptionally high gain performance coupled with very low saturation voltage. This device is housed in a TO-220 package and is designed for general-purpose linear and switching applications.
