UNI-T UT17B MAX True RMS Digital Multimeter
The UNI-T UT17B MAX True RMS Digital Multimeter is a compact, rugged instrument designed for engineers and technicians who need accurate measurements in demanding environments. Part of the UT15B/17B/18B MAX series, it combines a user-friendly layout with robust input protection and high anti-interference performance. Gold-plated standard and fine-tipped probes are included to ensure reliable contact and long-term durability during fieldwork and laboratory use.
Measurements cover DC and AC voltage up to 1000V, DC and AC current ranges including a 10A input, resistance, capacitance, frequency up to 10MHz, duty cycle and temperature via K-type thermocouple. The instrument uses a 6000-count display, offers True RMS readings for accurate AC measurement, and provides data hold, MAX/MIN capture and relative mode for comparative work.
Ergonomically reduced in size compared with earlier models, the UT17B MAX features adjustable backlight, audible and visual alarms, mis-plug protection and full-range input protection with fusing to protect the user and meter. Typical uses span production testing, maintenance, educational labs and on-site troubleshooting. Pack includes user manual, two probe pairs, two AA batteries and a K-type thermocouple for temperature measurements. Its CAT III 600V rating and compact weight make it suitable for both bench and field work where safety matters.
