4028 IC CMOS BCD to Decimal Decoder DIP-16 commonly known as the CD4028B, is a high-performance integrated circuit designed for decoding binary-coded decimal (BCD) inputs into decimal outputs. This CMOS device features buffering on all four inputs, sophisticated decoding logic gates, and 10 output buffers, enabling seamless conversion from a 4-bit BCD code to a single active-high output among 10 lines. When a BCD code is applied to the inputs A through D, the corresponding decimal output goes high, while the others remain low.
