The Ai-Thinker Ai-M62-12F WIFI 6 + BLE 5.3 Module created by Shenzhen Ai-Thinker Technology Co., Ltd. This module features the BL616 chip as its core processor, supporting Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n/ax, BLE, and Thread protocols. The BL616 chip comprises a low-power 32-bit RISC-V CPU with a floating-point unit, DSP unit, cache, and memory, reaching a peak frequency of 320M. The Ai-M62-12F module boasts an array of peripheral interfaces, such as Audio Codec, USB2.0, SDU, SD/MMC(SDH), SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, PWM, GPDAC, GPDC, ACOMP, and GPIO. Its versatile application range includes audio and video multimedia, the Internet of Things (IoT), mobile and wearable electronic devices, and smart home technologies. Additionally, the Ai-M62-12F module’s Security Engine supports AES/SHA/PKA/TRNG, among other security functions, facilitating image encryption and secure boot, thus fulfilling diverse security needs within the IoT domain.
