Photo Reflective Sensor Module CNY70
The Photo Reflective Sensor Module CNY70 combines a GaAs infrared emitter and a silicon planar phototransistor with an onboard LM393 comparator. When a surface is placed within 0–5 mm, IR light reflects back to the detector, triggering a logical LOW output (active-low), and illuminating an onboard LED during reflection. Designed for 3.3–5 V operation, the module features two Ø 3.5 mm mounting holes and is fully compatible with Arduino and other microcontroller platforms. Its compact dimensions, 38 × 17 × 17 mm, make it ideal for precise proximity detection, line sensing, or object detection tasks.
