Flux, Tin soldering liquid flux 30mL for special metals, electrical & industrial appliances, and automotive by using only tin soldering iron.

Usage:

• Tin soldering flux for special metals such as nickel, nickel-chrome alloys, monel alloy (nickel-copper), pewter, silver, zinc, galvanized metals, stainless steel plates/wires, mild steel, and iron.
• Soldering lithium-ion battery 3.7v, coin battery (button cell or watch battery), and neodymium magnets.
• Automotive restoration, repairing old radiators and rusted iron.
• Quick fix for the soldering tip.

Usage Recommendations (very important):

• Follow safety precautions & notes.
• Clean the surface with water, thinner, or any solvent without any residues or dust.
• Put a very little bit of flux before soldering.
• Use a suitable soldering iron tip with the target area.
• Use a suitable wattage soldering iron with the target size.
• Use a wet soldering sponge for cleaning the tip and during soldering.
• Use distilled water, thinner, or any alcohol for cleaning.

Notes:

• For best results, follow the usage recommendations.
• Batteries may be damaged if it is exposed to high heat!
• It’s recommended to use a copper soldering tip when soldering neodymium magnets.
• It’s recommended to use a high-wattage soldering iron (Min. 200 Watt) when soldering a radiator.
• Not suitable for soldering to aluminum.
• Not suitable for soldering to PCB/SMD.
• Not suitable for soldering to SMT/BGA chipset.
• Not suitable with dip or wave soldering.
• Not suitable with welding by fusion or flame.

Safety Precautions:

• Wearing safety glasses and gloves is recommended when using.
• Perform the process in a well-ventilated area.
• Don’t breathe soldering fumes.
• Close after using & keep away from children.
• Use enough water when eyes or wounds are touched.

Appearance: The flux is a viscous liquid, packaged in a plastic dropper bottle with a net capacity of 30mL.
