TOP256YN Integrated Off-Line Switcher IC TO-220-7C
TOP256YN is part of the TOPSwitch-HX family, an integrated off-line switcher that combines a high-voltage power MOSFET, PWM control, oscillator, thermal shutdown, and fault protection in one monolithic device.
