The CNC Shield V4 interfaces seamlessly with Arduino Nano, enabling standalone or PC-controlled operation via Arduino GRBL software. It supports precise CNC control through G-codes. With three labeled axes (X, Y, Z), this expansion board offers adjustable microstepping, achieving 1/32 step (DRV8825) or 1/16 step (A4988) capability. Conveniently set the operating mode via jumpers M0, M1, and M2.
The board features limit switch connectors with polarized arrangements for each axis. Essential buttons (Abort, Hold, Resume) and a cooling activation button (CoolEn) enhance your CNC experience. A standard DC Jack (2.5mm x 5.5mm) accommodates 7.5-12V power supplies. Safety and control are ensured with a reboot button and an emergency stop button (E-STOP).
Flexible UART and I2C interfaces, along with adjustable logic supply voltage (3.3-5V), add versatility. The CNC Shield V4 makes motor power supply adjustment effortless, thanks to a jumper on the Mot-VOT-Sel board.
