BTA25-600 Triac 600V 25A Screw Mount RD-91
The BTA25‑600B is a high‑performance triac designed for general purpose AC switching and phase control applications, providing robust 25 ampere continuous current capability and blocking voltages up to 600 volts. Its construction allows for a screw‑mounted tab (RD‑91 style) making it convenient for panel or heatsink mounting.

- High current handling with 25A RMS on-state current.
- Low thermal resistance junction to case of 0.9°C/W.
