The 1N4007 General Purpose Rectifier Diode is a silicon rectifier diode designed for general-purpose power rectification and electronic circuits requiring high reverse-voltage capability. It provides a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000V and a maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000V, making it the highest-voltage member of the 1N4001 through 1N4007 rectifier series.
