The 6N137 High-Speed 10 MBit/s Logic Gate Optocoupler DIP-8 is a high-performance digital optocoupler designed for fast and reliable electrical isolation between low-voltage control circuits and high-voltage systems. It combines a high-efficiency infrared LED with an integrated photodiode and high-speed logic gate detector, providing excellent signal integrity for digital communication while maintaining complete galvanic isolation between the input and output. Its high switching speed and low propagation delay make it ideal for applications where conventional phototransistor optocouplers are too slow.
