The 74126 Quadruple Bus Buffer is a digital logic integrated circuit containing four independent non-inverting buffer channels. Each channel transfers a digital input signal to its corresponding output when enabled, helping isolate circuit stages and improve signal interfacing between digital devices.
Each buffer has an active-high output-enable input that places its output in a high-impedance state when disabled. This allows multiple devices to share a common bus without unwanted output conflicts, provided the enable signals are controlled correctly. The DIP-14 through-hole package is suitable for PCB assembly, prototyping, and digital logic applications.
