The 93C56N (93C56 series) is a 2Kbit low-voltage, 3-wire serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM). Manufactured using advanced CMOS technology, it provides an efficient and reliable storage solution for low-power, nonvolatile memory applications. Depending on the circuit implementation, the device operates in a dedicated 8-bit word organization (256 x 8-bit), a dedicated 16-bit word organization (128 x 16-bit), or a user-selectable word size controlled via an external ORG pin.
