This charger is suitable for charging all kinds of lead acid batteries either for your vehicle or inverter setup. It provides an efficient and fast way to charge your batteries. Most inverters have a low charge current so it takes longer to charge your batteries with them. Use a high current to charge your batteries within a short time.

Our universal charger for 12V battery has anti-access protection, overload protection & short circuit protection. It uses pulsed high frequency direct current.

CAUTION: Use the current adjustment knob to set the right amount of charge required for your battery depending on the amps-hour rating.

Charging Modes:

Pre-charge Mode: When a battery is excessively discharged or stored for a long time, its internal resistance increases & becomes too large – this leads to a battery voltage which is too low. In order to protect the battery and extend its life, the charger automatically outputs small current to charge the battery. When the battery voltage rises to the set voltage, the charger switches to constant-current charging mode.

Constant Current Mode: This is the normal charging mode of the battery. When the charger exits the pre-charge mode, the battery voltage is lower than the charger voltage hence the charger is set to constant current charging mode.

Constant Voltage Mode: Using pulse width modulation technology, precise control of the charger charging current and output voltages to ensure a fully charged battery is charged, to avoid overcharging.

Float Mode: When the battery voltage approaches the set voltage of the constant voltage charging mode, the charging current is reduced to a set interval. When the battery is fully charged the light turns green & the cooling fan stops working. The charger automatically switches charging mode to trickle charge the float mode. The battery can be disconnected, or continue to float.
