DS3231 RTC Breakout–Real Time Clock (RTC) Breakout Module
The DS3231 RTC Breakout features the DS3231, an extremely accurate I2C real-time clock (RTC) with an integrated temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) and crystal.
The DS3231 maintains precise timekeeping, with an accuracy of ±2ppm from 0°C to +40°C and ±3.5ppm from -40°C to +85°C, making it ideal for applications where reliable timekeeping is essential.
The module includes a battery backup input to ensure continuous operation even during power interruptions. With its I2C interface, the DS3231 easily integrates with microcontrollers. Additional features include two programmable alarms, a square-wave output, a reset function, and a built-in temperature sensor.
