Memory specifications include 512KB SRAM, 8M PSRAM, 16M Flash, and 384KB ROM, supporting complex applications.

A key highlight is its AI functionality, enabled by an onboard microphone and speaker, supporting voice command interaction, voice recognition, and speech synthesis.
