Fast-Acting  Rust Remover Solution 100ml

Engineered for rapid rust removal from ferrous metals; it penetrates deep corrosion within minutes to restore substrates without compromising structural integrity.

Features:

• Fast acting remover destroys rust, leaving bare metal ready to prime.
• Chemically reacts with rust, making it easy to remove.
• Ideal for removing rust from tools, smaller metal objects or for tight recessed areas, box sections, tubular components, automotive, bodywork, chassis, wheel arches, tools, bikes, boats, caravans, gates, garden furniture, etc.
• 100ml is sufficient to covers approximately up to 400 sq. cm.

Usage (Applications):

It works well for removing rust from iron, steel or other ferrous surfaces such as pipes, railings, auto body, tanks, tools, grills and equipment.

Usage Recommendations (very important):

1. Follow safety precautions & notes.
2. De-grease and remove contaminants via mechanical wire brushing, sanding, or abrasive blasting (Ensure the metal is dry, clean, and free of dust or dirt, It can be cleaned using alcohol, thinner, or any other solvent).
3. Agitate well before use, apply uniformly via immersion, spray, or brush techniques (the metal temperature should not be below 25°C).
4. Wait for (30~60) minutes until rust removal at from 30~35 celsius (ensure surface wetting; re-coat as required to avoid drying out the metal).
5. Rinse well with water and dry immediately to prevent flash rusting.
6. Apply primer or topcoat (immediately after process).

Notes:

• For best results, follow the usage recommendations.
• Don’t dilute with water or any other liquid.
• If the solution is warm, the rust layer will be removed fast, to warm the solution, place the bottle in warm water at a temperature of 35 to 45 Celsius for a short period, by following the safety precautions and don’t put the solution on direct heat.
• Use only glass or plastic containers (Do not use metal containers!).

Safety Precautions:

• Wearing plastic gloves is recommended when using.
• Keep the bottle tightly closed after using & keep away from children.
• Use enough water when eyes or wounds are touched.

Appearance: The solution is a transparent liquid, packaged in a plastic bottle – (Net capacity) 100mL.
