The KBPC610 is a robust single-phase silicon bridge rectifier designed to convert alternating current (AC) to direct current (DC) with a maximum average output current of 6A and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V. Housed in a compact, industry-standard KBPC package with silver-plated copper leads, it offers easy chassis or PCB mounting and excellent thermal performance. The device is capable of handling peak forward surge currents up to 150A (8.3 ms single half-sine wave), making it suitable for applications with high inrush currents or transient overload conditions.

This bridge rectifier operates over a wide temperature range (-55°C to +125°C) and features low forward voltage drop (1.0V max at 3.0A per element) to minimize power loss.
