PG-7 Nylon Waterproof Cable Gland
The PG-7 Nylon Waterproof Cable Gland is a compact cable-entry fitting made from nylon/polyamide and designed to provide a secure, sealed connection where a cable passes through an enclosure. Its PG7 threaded body and compression sealing system grip the cable firmly while helping prevent dust and water from entering the enclosure. Typical PG7 nylon glands support cable diameters of approximately 3–6.5 mm.
This cable gland is suitable for electrical panels, automation equipment, junction boxes, lighting fixtures, control equipment, and other installations requiring protected cable entry. Common versions provide IP68 dust and water protection when properly installed within the specified cable diameter range. Nylon PA6 versions are also available with operating temperatures up to approximately -40°C to +100°C, depending on the manufacturer.
